To avoid misunderstandings, please review the revision terms below.
Allowed under Class 1
These are small refinements that do not materially change the approved content or require substantial new production work.
Examples include:
• correcting small wording issues
• refining up to 1 to 3 short sentences for clarity or accuracy
• fixing grammar or caption mistakes
• adjusting text overlays, subtitles, or simple on screen wording
• trimming pauses or tightening short sections
• replacing a small visual or text element already discussed in the approved concept
• minor re-filming only where the spokesperson remains in the same setup and the change is limited in scope
Not allowed under Class 1
The following are outside Class 1 because they change the approved scope, message, or production requirements.
Examples include:
• changing the main topic, angle, or marketing message
• rewriting major parts of the script
• changing the hook in a way that affects the rest of the script
• requesting a different tone, delivery style, or performance direction after approval
• changing the spokesperson
• changing wardrobe, background, filming setup, framing, or location
• adding new talking points, claims, or product information not included in the approved script
• extending the video significantly beyond the planned structure
• requesting multiple new takes for preference based changes rather than correction based changes
• re-filming large portions of the video
Minor re-filming may be considered under Class 1 only when the correction is very limited, can be completed within the same production setup, and does not require new styling, direction, or script restructuring.
