Terms of Service

Please make sure that you have read carefully

Scope and deliverables

We only deliver what’s listed in the proposal. Anything not listed is out of scope and quoted separately.

Milestones and payments

Work starts after the first milestone is funded and confirmed. Each milestone must be paid before the next stage begins.

Design usage and ownership

Until the full project is paid, designs are for review only and cannot be used or handed to another developer. After full payment, you receive a license to use the final approved design.

Handoff files and access

Editable source files, full Figma ownership transfer, exports, and build assets are provided only after final payment of the full project unless explicitly included earlier.

Revisions and change requests

Revisions are done in rounds. A revision round means the client sends one combined list of notes for the current delivery. New requests added after a round has started may count as another round or become a separate change request.

Each design or milestone delivery includes 2 full revision rounds. These may include layout changes, section changes, text changes, content adjustments, and design refinements within the approved project scope.

After the design is approved and the project moves into development, the design direction, layout, page structure, and major sections are considered approved. Development is based on the approved design.

After development, the project includes 2 light revision rounds. These are limited to minor adjustments such as small text edits, text size adjustments, minor spacing fixes, small image swaps, and small visual refinements.

Development-stage revisions do not include major layout changes, new sections, new page structures, new features, or a change in design direction. These will be quoted separately.

Unused revision rounds cannot be saved, carried forward, or used after the project phase is completed, approved, paused, or launched.

Client responsibilities and feedback time

Client must provide content, approvals, and feedback on time. If feedback is delayed beyond the agreed window, the timeline shifts accordingly.

If final text, images, or content are not provided during the active revision stage, the project may continue using placeholder content, draft content, or previously approved content. Missing content cannot be used to keep a project open indefinitely. Any content update requested after approval, launch, or project completion will be treated as additional work unless agreed otherwise in writing.

Pauses, stalls, and project restart

If a project is paused by the client for more than 14 days, we can reschedule it. A restart fee may apply depending on how long it was paused and what needs rework.

You get 1 free schedule change if you tell us at least 3 business days before we start. If we can’t move forward because we’re missing access, content, or feedback for 7 days, the project is paused. If the pause reaches 14 days, your slot is released and we continue when the next opening is available. If the pause goes beyond 30 days, a reactivation fee may apply due to re testing, re planning, and updates.

Content and licensing

Client is responsible for the legal rights to all text, images, videos, logos, fonts, and trademarks provided or requested. We are not liable for licensing issues after handover.

Third party services and plugins

If the project uses third party tools (hosting, plugins, payment gateways, email services), their fees and policies are outside our control. We are not liable for outages or changes made by those providers.

Bug fixes and post-launch support

Bugs or technical errors caused by our development work will be fixed free of charge for 30 days after project delivery or launch.

This includes issues where something is broken, not working as agreed, or not matching the approved scope.

This does not include new feature requests, new content, new design changes, third party service issues, plugin/provider changes, hosting issues, or changes caused by client edits after handover.

Termination and refunds

Client may cancel the project at any time in writing. Payments for completed milestones and work already performed are non refundable. Any prepaid but unused balance will be refunded within 7 business days after we confirm the project end state. Third party costs already purchased (licenses, hosting, paid plugins, fonts, stock media) are non refundable.
