Client Upgrade Terms and Conditions

Purpose of this 500$ upgrade

This upgrade is for existing clients who want to refresh their website with our newer design system and better performance standards. It is not a support ticket system and not a new feature build.

What this upgrade includes

Up to 10 page Figma redesign and layout planning on existing pages previously developed by Bold Label
Development of the approved design on your website
Navigation and user flow improvements for clarity and conversion
Internal SEO foundations like titles, meta, headings structure, internal linking suggestions
Google Analytics and Search Console setup or reconnect if access is provided
Font and styling cleanup for faster loading where applicable
Bold Label Color System Core and Font System Core applied
Basic speed optimization on the website level
Paid plugins licenses included 1 year (worth 200$)

What this upgrade does not include

New features or custom functionality beyond standard site building blocks WooCommerce custom logic, custom checkout, advanced shipping rules, subscriptions, memberships, multi vendor, custom product builders Custom design requests outside the existing pages and defined sections Unlimited revisions or redesign loops Full brand identity work like logo redesign, naming, brand strategy, full guideline book Professional photo shoots, heavy photo editing, illustration, 3D, or video production Large scale content writing from scratch for many pages unless agreed Blog strategy, keyword research campaigns, backlinks, PR, or ranking guarantees Plugin purchases, paid tools, hosting, email services, CDN bills, or third party subscriptions

Notes on Revisions

The following rules apply unless specifically mentioned in the package:

Figma includes up to 2 revision rounds Development includes 1 revision round after staging review Extra changes beyond this are billed separately or moved to Development

SEO and performance notes

We improve foundations and site performance where possible, but we cannot guarantee rankings, traffic, or specific speed scores because they depend on competition, hosting, plugins, content quality, and third party tools. *No one can guarantee on Google, it’s always marketing move to guarantee rankings and not real results*

Payment and cancellation

Non refundable once design work starts.

Rescheduling & Inactivity

You get 1 free schedule change if you tell us at least 3 business days before we start. If we can’t move forward because we’re missing access, content, or feedback for 7 days, the project is paused. If the pause reaches 14 days, your slot is released and we continue when the next opening is available. If the pause goes beyond 30 days, a reactivation fee may apply due to re testing, re planning, and updates.

Additional fees and rates

Reactivation fee after 30 days paused: $150

Additional pages: (follow current standard pricing)

Additional revision rounds: $50 per round

Additional features or custom functionality: quoted before we start

Out of scope requests: we will quote first and only proceed after approval

Right to decline

If the site is unstable, hacked, heavily bloated, or has major technical debt that blocks quality delivery, we may recommend a cleanup phase first. That would be quoted separately.
